The house, designed distinctly contemporary, born from intersection of three essential volumes with large sliding glass doors facing the lake, with hanging gardens on the roof overlooking an infinity pool, whose waters create a visual continuity with the surface of the lake.
The core consists of a large living area with an 8 meters panoramic window overlooking the covered patio, equipped with table and chairs.
The kitchen island and its storage wall accompanied by a Corian table that seats up to 10 people, are major features of this environment, which also features a peculiar and comfortable sofa from which to watch the 55 " satellite TV.
The volume of the building located to the south home two double rooms with lake views, a spacious walk-in closets and a bathroom with shower, made with a perfect mix of wood and resin.
The cube north-facing has a room with two single beds and custom cabinets with integrated a 32 " satellite TV, a bathroom entirely clad in dove-gray colored resin and a magnificent suite with bath inside,  characterized from the union of wood and stone desert, used to coat the entire box shower.This room has large custom cabinets and a 40 "satellite TV.
 

Downstairs Floor

 

It is a recreational area which is accessed via an internal staircase entirely resin, and has a home theatre entertainment system and a 55 " satellite TV, a large iron table and a comfortable sofa.
There is also a large laundry room, equipped with a bathtub, a washing machine and a dryer and two technical rooms.
The garage of 100 square meters has a door with an electric sectional and can accommodate up to 3 cars.
 

 

 

 

 

To embrace the building has been realized a magnificent turf, accurate in every detail and planted with native species and enriched by a spectacular scented expanse of lavender at the base of the pool, which creates the ideal environment to relax and enjoy the day. The infinity pool (14 x 4.5m) is designed with a convenient access ladder and a bench on which to lie down to gaze at the scenery and was deliberately covered with the same stone of the outside walkways to give a sense of continuity with the landscape around and recreate under the rays of the sun the same color of the lake; It is  equipped with a shower with hot and cold water and, at night, offers suffused spectacular effects thanks to the lighting of the led spotlights.
