The central space consists of a spacious living area with 8m glass door facing the patio, the kitchen has a central island and is fully-equipped, the lounge area has a big sofa with a 55” LED satellite TV and a dining table that seats 10 people.
The part of the building positioned towards the road has two double bedrooms with lake view that share a bathroom with a large, fully resin-lined shower and a spacious closet cubicle.
The part of the building that faces onto the little wood has a bedroom with twin beds and a closet containing a 32” satellite TV, a charming bathroom with fully resin-lined shower and a master bedroom that has an adjoining bathroom with a big shower lined in Desert Dark stone and a spectacular lake view; this bedroom also has a spacious closet and a 40” satellite TV.

 

Downstairs Floor

Accessed via an internal staircase, this is a recreation room which has a home theatre system and a 55” satellite TV, a large iron table seating 10 people, a big confy sofa and a large laundry-bathroom with bathtub.
The garage has an electrically-controlled sectional door and can accommodate up to 3 cars. 

 

 

 

 

 

The swimming pool (14 x 4.5 m) is accessed via a convenient staircase and has an internal bench on which guests can lie down and admire the scenery. The pool is completely lined in the same stone used for the external pathways in order to give a sense of continuity and to recreate the color of the lake, in the sunshine. It has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and, at night, offers striking scenic effects thanks to the LED spotlight illumination.
